Refund policy

No Returns, Exchange Only. As a limited edition streetwear brand, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer exchanges for size issues or defects.

Mandatory Opening Video: To be eligible for a defect exchange, you MUST record an unboxing video when you open the package. No video = No Exchange. This protects us both from transit damage claims.

Exchange Process:

1. WhatsApp us your unboxing video and order ID within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Ship the product back to our Mumbai warehouse (Customer pays return shipping for size issues).

3. We will dispatch the replacement free of charge.
